William F. Fulton, Jr., MD

My mission is to deliver the best care using the most advanced technology and techniques to give every client the best possible outcome.”

Dr. Fulton grew up in Apache Junction, Arizona and is a board-certified physician with extensive experience in aesthetic medicine. As the previous medical director at a medical center in Scottsdale, Arizona, Dr. Fulton assisted with the introduction and implementation of aesthetic services. With the desire for so many individuals to look their best, Dr. Fulton has opened SKINovative, a state-of-the-art medical spa.

Dr. Fulton is a diplomate of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Board of Phlebology (vein care), and board-certified in Emergency Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. During medical school, he earned honors in biochemistry, family practice and emergency medicine. Dr. Fulton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Arizona State University and graduated magna cum laude. He completed residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center’s Department of Emergency Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, becoming chief resident during his final year.

Dr. Fulton has appeared on national and local television and radio programs, including CNBC’s Today’s Health, KNXV TV 15 (ABC) Sonoran Living, KTVK TV 3’s Good Day Arizona, KNIX FM and KCTK AM’s Your Second 50 years.

Dr. Fulton is on the faculty at the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine and speaks regularly to other doctors. The IAPAM offers physicians practicing aesthetic medicine access to the latest and most up-to-date clinical and practice management information.

In his free time, he enjoys football, motorcycles, camping, body surfing with his son and spending time with his family.

Karena Fulton

Operations Director & Certified Laser Technician

“I enjoy working with the clients and seeing their happiness when they have completed a procedure and they see the results. I love being a patient advocate. I love making them feel welcome, answering questions, helping them through treatments or doing treatments myself. I love to encourage people and give them confidence.

“In addition to helping clients and patients believe in themselves, I love educating them about the procedures and the expected outcomes. Sometimes they are afraid or just nervous, and I want to be there to help them overcome fear or just hold their hand and share in their excitement once they completed their procedure.”

Karena grew up in Taylor, Arizona. She has successfully started and owned a small business and brings her business knowledge to SKINovative. She has an enthusiasm for life that is contagious. Karena has been interested in medicine for many years. She is a certified laser technician. She is also certified in SKIN MEDICA SKIN® care as well as Jane Iredale mineral makeup.

In her free time, she enjoys football, camping and spending time with her family.

Rori

Rori graduated from Nursing School in December 2008 and since has continued learning and has become passionate in Aesthetics and Injectables.

After working with over a thousand patients and almost seven years of experience, Rori continues to expand her career in Cosmetic Injection Techniques with some of the highest regarded Med Spas and Medical Directors in the area.

On top of giving her patients the best results she continues to receive advanced training, and received her laser certification 3 years ago.

She prides herself in her innate artistry and perfectionism to achieve the most natural appearing results by staying abreast the newest technology, training and research.

She is excited to be a part of the SKINovative team and looks forward to providing each and every patient with exceptional results and service.
