Today I had an appointment with Dr. William Fulton of Skinovative of Gilbert and Center for Venous Disease for Botox. Dr. Fulton was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure. Dr. Fulton addressed all my trouble areas and my results are better than what I expected! I'm writing this review in regards to Sara. First off I have to say the facility is amazing and so are the employees. You always feel welcome when you walk in. Sara is an amazing esthetician. It is always a pleasure to go to Skinovative. My first visit was a little less than one year ago. It is like my personal spa because the folks here are professional and caring. I first went for a face peel from Sara which brought dramatic results. I continue with her for skin care. She knows what she is doing and is always nice to be around. I have also done cool sculpting and Kybella with good/dramatic results. It is so obvious that everyone is well trained in the procedures they perform. I also love that Dr. Fulton who is board certified is the only one who gives injections. He explains what he is doing and is very mindful of shot timid patients. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went for Identical Hormone Replacement Pellets. Doctor Fulton spent time with me going over everything and giving me a lot of information. He explained everything to me and did not rush me at all. The procedure was painless and aftercare was thoroughly explained. The pellets were customized for me. I have been having pellets done for the last ten years by 2 different providers and locations and this was definitely the most professional and pleasant experience I have had. Everyone is very nice and professional and the office is beautiful. I am confident that I will continue to have my pellets done here. I would definitely recommend Skinovative as the place to go.

I had such a good experience with Sarah today. I went in for a first time chemical peel. Sarah was very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable from our first interaction. Hair PRP with Dr. Fulton was an underwhelming experience. I paid for four treatments $2200.00 The initial consultation was the longest interaction I had with the doctor. The amount of injections I received was enough to cover perhaps 20% of my scalp at best during each treatment. Frankly, it was not sufficient coverage. Before pictures were taken but there was no mention of after pictures during my final treatment. Also, the doctor provided absolutely no literature about what to do to prepare for each appointment or what to do immediately afterwards (other than suggesting washing my hair.) If you do research, you'll see many other PRP doctors provide their clients with extensive literature about what to eat, drink, not use or do, etc. The appointments felt "rushed" with Dr. Fulton coming in immediately before the injections for about 2 minutes of small talk. The onus is 100% on the client to speak up regarding the treatments or anything else involving his or her progress. I never once received a call from anyone at the office to follow-up with me regarding my treatments to see if I had any questions or how I was doing. The extra star is for the office professionalism. Not recommended.

I love this place!! I have been getting spider veins injected by Dr. Fulton. He is brilliant!! I have had great results just in time for summer. All of the office staff is super helpful and friendly. I've never had to wait very long for an appointment and when I wasn't as early as I should of been for my appointment, they checked me in fast and got me back in time. A friend of mine is also a patient who recommended them to me. Glad she did. She loves the Latice for her lashes. Thank you skinovative for helping me look my best!

The SKINovative office in Gilbert is the best. From the moment you walk in and are greated by the lovely ladies/lady up front, to the moment you are walked to the exit. I was quite scared about the hormone replacement therapy when I first walked in. Dr. Fulton talked me through everything and when I was ready he was. No rushing me through, he took the time to answer all my questions. There was no pain, and the doctor and his assistant were wonderful. Dr. Fulton also called me himself a few days later to make sure I was doing okay. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I was lucky enough to find Skinovative in Gilbert 7 years ago when i was a resident there. I since returned to Illinois.
I do not trust anyone to do procedures/treatments on my face except Dr. Fulton.
I still travel to Arizona for all procedures and aesthetic services they offer.
I have always been pleasantly pleased with the care, kindness, warmness and inviting atmosphere. Dr Fulton and Karena do their very best to make the experience excellent. They are never rushed, always listen to my needs and explain procedures, are compassionate and calming.
I have never had anything but wonderful experiences when I visit Skinovative. The entire staff is kind and friendly.

I received two treatments of Sclerotherapy to treat the veins on my legs and I am blown away by the results! I was self-conscious about wearing clothes that would expose my legs because of my veins but now I am flaunting my legs! Dr. Fulton and his team are amazing! This is a beautiful spa like facility. Just visited with a friend of mine (I have visited Dr. Fulton for 3 years...maybe 4?) and I keep bringing new clients (even from the West Valley!) with me because Dr. Fulton has been so good to me and I completely trust him. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Karena and the front desk staff are kind, professional, and quick to follow up with appointments, follow ups, and for any questions I may have. If you are a new patient Dr. Fulton will first sit down with you to discuss your concerns and your treatment options. This office is trained well and has a list of "menu" items for you to choose from but it is clear that your visit is completely about you and your particular needs. I highly recommend.

I recently had PDO Threads procedure by Dr.Fulton and I am so happy with the results. Dr.Fulton and Karina were excellent in explaining and preforming the procedure with complete ease. I had a little bruising and swelling, which was gone in about a week. I recommend this procedure instead of a face lift. The cost is inexpensive and the results are amazing.

As I am almost 54 I noticed parts of my face that creams, oils, some treatments are just not enough to lift and tighten. After researching several locations that perform the Y-lift , I decided to visit Skinovative to see if I was ready for this procedure. Dr Fulton and his staff were very professional and kind from the start. I was nervous from the beginning and somewhat reluctant but I must say, that team made me feel very comfortable. The procedure itself was not painful, but there was some pressure sensation at times. I went home with immediate changes, but with each day I saw improvement as my face seemed to smooth out (maybe from the very slight swelling). Fast forward a month later and I am absolutely loving it as everything is smooth, natural and I keep telling myself I’m so happy I had the Y lift. My face looks more filled out where it was starting to sag, it’s lifted where it was starting to droop. Yes I’d do it again, yes I’d get touch ups (if needed in 2-3 years) and I’d absolutely recommend this doctor for this procedure. It wasn’t as uncomfortable as I thought and the results are fantastic. Thank you so much Dr Fulton and your wonderful staff!

Dr. Fulton is great, he really does a fantastic job and is always welcoming and shows a lot of gratitude for your business. I was very disappointed, however, by the customer service I received from the office staff on my visit last week. I got 15 units of Botox and when I went to go pay, I informed the guy at the desk that I had some brilliant distinctions points to use as well. He said “Karena (who is Dr. Fulton’s wife and office manager) just told me we can’t apply them to 15 units” I asked him why and he looked at me blankly and said “I don’t know”. I said that it seemed arbitrary and he said “yeah.” I asked him how many units I would have had to purchase to be able to use my points and he again looked at me blankly and said “I don’t know”. I felt like I was in the twilight zone, if you don’t know the answer to something you should say “I’m not actually sure, let me find that out for you” that is customer service 101! I ended up doing my own research and learned that you have to spend $200 before you can apply points per brilliant distinctions program rules, which is fine and understandable but shouldn’t your office staff be able to tell me this? Skinovative is NOT close to me, I drive very far out of my way to go there because I really like Dr. Fulton, but this interaction has me second guessing my future visits.

I am never one to consistently write reviews, but here goes it from a genuine truth.
I was referred by my dear friend, Melissa a few years ago and so thankful I was. Hands down Skinovative has been the best experience for me in addressing a skin regiment that works, addressing my skin issues and needs in such a genuine way. I should know, I've been to a lot of places and met A LOT of so called skin experts in my life. BUT Skinovative is truly a "RARE GEM."
Dr. Fulton, Corrine and Sarah are amazing and wonderful people! They always make you feel welcome and have an intuition of reading a person and knowing what they need. Sarah is amazing and if you haven't met her yet, you should! She not only cares about making your skin feel and look beautiful, but she also has a gift of making your heart feel the same when you need it!!
Dr. Fulton you should consider adding FAMILY to the end of Skinovative that's how your staff make anyone feel when one treats themselves to beauty.
